Our classes are led by Senior Yoga Teacher, Lisa Matthews, who lives in Mt Dandenong with her family and 4 legged friends. She is passionate about embodying the practice, teachings and experience of yoga through everyday life. Click here to read more.


Private Classes

For New Students: Class settings can be daunting for students who are brand new to the practice of hatha yoga. One on one coaching sessions may be a more gentle, thorough and considered entry point into the multifaceted practice of yoga. Specific physiological and emotional needs can be catered to with specificity in a loving, supportive and individual way.

For Corporate Classes: Would your organisation or workplace benefit from group sessions promoting health and wellness while cultivating personal awareness and group connection? Classes offered will accommodate all levels and abilities and are trauma informed to promote participants emotional and physical sense of wellbeing.

Yoga Mentoring

For Advanced Students: If you’ve been practising in a class setting for some time and feel the need for more specific focus and instruction, 1-on-1 mentoring could be the bridge to expanding your understanding, awareness and implementation of the practice and philosophy of yoga into everyday experience on and off the mat.

For Post-Grads: Sourcing inspiration to create and hold space for enlivening, transformational classes can be an ongoing challenge for teachers. Mentoring offers guidance, support, wisdom from experience and valuable feedback to promote greater clarity, confidence and presence as a teacher. Mentoring enhances personal and professional skills and can link the missing pieces of your awareness, understanding and practice.

Special Events Yoga

Lisa has had the honour and privilege of offering yoga classes for special occasions ie pre-wedding classes for brides, their families and bridesmaids, birth blessings, private retreat gatherings etc. It’s a beautiful heartfelt and memorable way to deepen group connection by sharing the love of yoga. Meditation Sessions

The practice of meditation has many benefits such as reducing stress and anxiety and improving emotional health and wellbeing. It is also key to realising our full potential as a human being; enabling us to explore and experience the myriad inner and outer dimensions of our own self. Like any practice, we become more skilful the more we understand and practice it. One-on-one guided meditation sessions are available to create a solid foundation for your own personal practice.
