Letting go of mistaken perceptions
In this meditation, we are going to engage with a practice from the philosophy of Vedanta. It is called Neti Neti. I am not this, I am not that. It’s a way of letting go of what we normally identify ourselves with and cultivating a state of emptiness—but that emptiness, paradoxically, is full, that is, it is conscious and aware of all things.
